DR. JEROME MOSLEY

Board Member 

Dr. Jerome Whitfield Mosley is a Jacksonville native, graduate of William M. Raines H.S. and Edward Waters College. Dr. Mosley earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in organizational management. He received his master’s degree in human resource management and development at Webster University. Later, earning his Doctoral Degree in Education Leadership K-12 from Argosy University.

Dr. Mosley has been employed by Duval County Public Schools for over 20 years. He is a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., Theta Phi Chapter. After working with male youth, establishing relationships and offering support, guidance, and leadership, Dr. Mosley founded Bridge Builders United, Inc. The mission is to transform male youth into manhood while instilling the characteristics of Manhood, Academics, Leadership, and Excellence. He believes this will be the flagship to a new design in mentoring males in the Jacksonville communities and surrounding counties.  In addition, it will decrease the School to Prison pipeline and develop law-abiding citizens that will pay it forward by giving back to their communities.  Dr. Mosley’s motto, “Become the Bridge".
