Ta’Vianna Sanders has dedicated her life to empowering women and girls. She is the Founder and Director of Pearls of Perfection Inc a non-profit organization for girls. Additionally, she serves as a Senior Director for the Boys and Girls Clubs. She is a former school principal with 15
years of experience in creating community-based programming focused on developing the next generation of leaders. She is passionate about public speaking and travels nationally to offer professional development for leadership teams.

Ta’Vianna is a proud 2007 Florida A&M University graduate, a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Vice President of the Jacksonville Chapter of Jack and Jill, a Congressional Black Caucus Institute Alum and was selected as the Florida Black Expo’s Class of 2023 Top 20 Under 40. She is the wife of a fellow rattler and the mother of two future rattlers.
